- Orders will ship within 2-3 weeks AFTER pre-order closes.
- If your polish arrives broken please email email@example.com within 24 hours of your order being delivered. Please include pictures of your broken polish, and packaging.Once your package leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for it. We will not cover shipping if your package is returned, and will require shipping to be paid if shipped back out.
- We are not responsible for international customers packages. If it is confiscated by customs we will not issue refunds.
- Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders being sent to the wrong address. We will not refund shipping costs for returned packages. We require the customer pay for shipping to send the package back out to the correct address.
